Stadt Park & Johan Strauss

stadtpark1.JPG

So today in German class there was a picture of a statue of Johan Strass in Stadt Park. So I decided to go and take pictures of the tourist taking pictures of the statue. I have to give credit to Martin Fuchs because I saw him do things like this on his blog. Martin is a friend of mine who in NewYork currently though he is originally Austrian. Any how I thought this would be more interesting than taking a photo of the statue itself.

i do also think that a photograph of the statue itself would be lame boring. but i think you should have moved closer to the tourists. stand right next to them or behind them and photograph them showing the statue in the background they photograph. or get down on your knees right in front of them and shoot them. just play around with different angles. come on, these are tourists. you've got the advantage that you can also say that you're one of them... ;-)
