Milan, Italy Where the Italians are beautiful.
So Bonjourno! all my people! Those that still are checking in. Sorry for staying away for so long and as a friend of mine urged me to post because in the online world I'm dead and people won't look here again. As true as that may be and as right as he may be I'm still gonna post. Some times real life gets busy and my online life has to suffer what can I say.
We reached a big point our life. Monika and I have decided to go back to NYC. So at the end of July we will start a new life again in a familiar city to us both but under very different circumstances. This decision was as hard as our decision over a year ago for me to leave NYC. The great thing is that Monika and I reach our decisions together and talk about all aspects as well as the pros and cons.
So having said that, last week for Easter and for Monika's birthday
we took a trip to Milan, Italy. It was our second trip to Italy and I have to say once again the Italians have shown me that they know how to live. They are beautiful, polite, friendly and they know how to relax and just live life. In four days there I had a wonderful time and would tell anyone that has the chance to go to Italy for a visit. Here are a few photos of our trip there, one in the famous shopping center by the Duomo, on of a man in the Station Centrale, one of some businessman having luch during the time when everything shuts down, and one of me and Monika kissing on top of the Duomo. Just a little wait more...
Hey sorry for you few who are checking regulary to see what's my latest post or adventures, but i've only been back to vienna for about 4 or 5 days. It takes at least a week to get re-adjusted to the time change and let alone the other things I have to re-adjust too. ;-) See you in about another day or so. I will say this, I promise at least 10 photos from my USA visit. Call it Vic's Top Ten Reasons he misses America. ;-)

Leaving New York
Wow, It's my last night in New York. I have to say this has been a very nice visit. Although I have spent more time away from New York than in it, it has been very nice. I've have felt the love and connections to my New York people on this visit like never before. Seeing Victoria on the brink of becoming a young lady is amazing. Going to Florida and Idaho to see my family is so nice. And going back to my home for the last 8 months is going to be great as well. I told a friend today that my circle of friends and family in Vienna in the past months has grown just as big as my circle here in the USA. I like that. It shows me that no matter on what contenent I am on I will always make a mark on those close to me. So I tell you this... Keep smiling and keep your eyes on the prize.
