Tonight I saw Jay Z performing at my job, The Brooklyn Academy of Music or BAM
I have to say that I'm not a big Jay Z fan, I'm in to more old school artist like KRS-ONE or Rakim. But that being said Jay Z is a big name in hip hop and he has held it down and represented and proven himself in the hip hop world. After tonight I can say he put on a great show and has gained my respect. I didn't see the end of the concert so maybe I'll regret it in the morning if I hear he had Nas as a special guest or someone else. I'm sure he brought out Beyonce after he finished singing his version of "bonnie and clyde" but I was leaving when he started to sing that song. It was very cool to see the people that I worked with that I would have never thought would go to see Jay Z as well as see how "the building" delt with the hype and the commotion that followed the announcement that Jay Z would be performing, on to going on sale tuesday morning, then selling out tuesday afternoon and ending with the concert day arriving and dealing with making the evening go smoothly with out incident. I think we all succeeded and I was happy to see Hip Hop in the Opera House at Bam for the first time in my 10 years there.

... because he was accompanied by two white-as-it-gets women who had spent their day walking down 5th avenue, passing by empire state building, drinking on Union square and visiting the x-mas market at Union square. Whatever our excuse was, we were not able to share the level of enthusiasm of the crowd around us. Although I do have to say I am really glad Victor invited us and I do like Hip Hop and enjoyed the concert. I am from the Bronx yo.

"Mr. Beyonce Knowles" Hehehe :)

The BAM looks nice. Got any more interior-shots?

And why didn't you stay till the end?
