What a difference a day makes. Noah Efrain and Monika are making leaps with breastfeeding and recovery. Monika was walking around already. Noah Efrain's digestion is underway with his first poop which I missed but he gave me three more during the day. That was when I knew for sure thats my boy!! He even was reading a tiny book he got from one of the nurses. The night before my mom and aunt made it to be the first visitors and today brought a few more. We had to stand our ground with the nurses in telling them that no we didnt want any formula and that Noah Efrain must have been getting enough food to have four bowel movements in his first day here. Then because baby was a little cold ( we unswaddle him for breastfeeding so that his is more alert ) they wanted to check his blood sugar unhappy that we didnt want to take formula. The levels were perfect. Any how we made up a sign for the second night that made clear that no formula or pacifiers were needed and that when Noah was awake to be brought back to Monika. All in all it was a great day. Monika is a great mom. Today's visitors were Kari, my sister, Lee my mom, and Darren, our friend. So here are just a few pictures of Noah. I will put up a few more pictures of visitors, daddy, mommy and of course Noah Efrain tomorrow.

...if you have ever looked in the eyes of a baby and fallen in love then you are blessed by seeing yourself reflected in their eyes
