A day @ Orchard Beach
What solace brings a walk at the beach. Monika said to me the day before that she wanted to get out and go to the beach because I had run around friday ( Home Depot , Costco, getting Victoria )and she didnt get out. So we eased into our day having breakfast around midday then get to the beach around 2 or 3. The sun is so strong after this time of the day. We've been using a wrap pouch kind of carrier to carry Noah around instead of putting him in the stroller. Its a cool thing and he loves it. It frees up your hands, keeps him tight and snug like he was in mommy's womb, and gets people looking and wondering whats in the sack. I love the beach. Especially off season. I probably go to the beach off season more than I do during the Summer time. It was just a great time.

truth is, yes, walking around for 1 hour in fresh air totally exhausted me :) one step at a time ....
and yes, having no more than 2 consecutive hours of sleep does not really help. but - its worth it!
